Is This What's Missing In Your Child's Sleep?

I’ve worked with many tired and sleepless parents who desperately searched on Google for the secret to teaching their baby to sleep without crying alone before they came to me.
However, most of what they generally find is the cry-it-out or controlled crying (Ferber) method.
But the thought of leaving their baby alone to cry, even just for 2 minutes, makes them uncomfortable and stressed out.
So they keep buying new sleep courses and guides, hoping that they will find THE secret to sleep training without crying.
It seems that this secret is being gate-kept by sleep consultants who are essentially marketing geniuses.
And yet, they are disappointed to discover they’re all the same method - asking you to leave your baby alone crying AT SOME POINT.
Here’s the truth.
There’s no secret.
Sleep is complex. How can a one-size-fits-all answer solve a complex thing?
It doesn’t make sense, does it?
It also explains why you and millions of other parents can’t find THE answer on Google.
Sleep habits are influenced by factors such as behaviour, emotions, activity & play, relationships, developmental milestones, habits & routines, nutrition, environmental cues, personality & temperament, and what our day has looked like.
There is no ONE magic solution.
Solving an intricate sleep issue takes knowledge, trial and error, patience, and consistency.
This is why my sleep plans are bespoke for the child.
I gather all my experience and expertise to present them in an easy-to-understand way that is effective and unique to your child and family dynamics.
