Hi, I'm Sarah.
I'm a holistic sleep coach and Malaysia's first certified child sleep consultant.
Over the past 12 years, I have worked with over a thousand babies and toddlers. My approach has been consistent - gentle, responsive and evidence-based.
My mad sleep skills are a blend of being a warm-hearted mama of 3 (2 of whom were sleep coached by me), sleep science, and experience supporting all kinds of families (mostly Asians), so I understand the cultural norms and nuances regarding sleep in our culture.
Even though I'm equipped at solving sleep problems of newborns, infants, toddlers, preschoolers and even my own teenagers to sleep better, my speciality and heart have always been for the toddlers and preschoolers. You will be provided with a sleep log template that you will fill out to track your child's sleep patterns. This helps us monitor your child's sleep daily and troubleshoot to keep you on track.
WhatsApp Text and Phone Call Support
This high-touch support and daily check-ins are the most valuable as I guide you almost in real time during our office hours whenever you need clarification on nap timings, naps and bedtime settling. Even though I'm unavailable throughout the night, your sleep plan and tips would give you the confidence and knowledge on what to do about the overnight wakings.

Do you offer home consultations?
Yes but since my location is in Selangor, Malaysia, my home consultations are limited to the Klang Valley area.
How does the online consultation work?
Step 1: You will be required to fill out a sleep questionnaire.
Step 2: We will have the consultation to discuss the personalized sleep plan for about 1-1.5 hours via Zoom.
Step 3: Implement the sleep plan.
Step 4: Get prompt Whatsapp support and troubleshooting guide for the duration of the sleep package.
Step 5: See and celebrate results at the end of the package period!
What is your success rate?
When you're about to invest your time and heart into something as important as your child's sleep, you want to know if it works. I get it. I've seen encouraging results for families who are ready and committed to making gentle changes. Since every child and family is different, I don't focus on numbers to determine what success looks like.
